I turned 19 before the end of 2018, not in school, I moved back in w/ my mom in June, I was paying for my own stuff except food/housing until late July, can she claim me?

I turned 19 before the end of 2018, not in school, I moved back in w/ my mom in June, I was paying for my own stuff except food/housing until late July, can she claim me?

Possibly.  Since you were 19, she would have had to provide MORE than half of your support for the year and you would have had to make less than $4,150.  If you made less than that and she provided more than half of your support (housing and food included) then yes she could claim you as a qualifying relative. 

To claim a qualifying relative as a dependent, the following 4 tests must be met.

Possibly.  Since you were 19, she would have had to provide MORE than half of your support for the year and you would have had to make less than $4,150.  If you made less than that and she provided more than half of your support (housing and food included) then yes she could claim you as a qualifying relative.

I made more than $7,000 in 2018, I stopped working in May but had enough in savings to support myself until July. I moved in with her in June and she started to support my food/housing then but I was still paying for things such as my car/clothes/other necessities until July.

So, since you made more than $7,000 and are 19 she cannot claim you.

Do I claim that she supported me on my taxes then? She's paid for my food/housing since June but I paid for all of my other stuff such as my car payments/clothes/necessities etc. until July and my boyfriend still continues to pay for most of it as well as us giving her money towards groceries/rent or when she's short.

No, it is not relevant.   Food/Housing and all of that would just be a gift to you from her.  It is not taxable and not deductible.
