I thought I paid my taxes online but my bank does not show the deduction.

You can check your direct debit date to be sure you did set up payment. The IRS will not debit your account until they are finished processing your return. So if your date has passed this means they are not finished processing your return. 

Once you're signed in, mouse over My TurboTax in the top left corner and click on My Tax Timeline. 

Scroll down to the Some things you can do section. and select Download All forms.
