I resided in TN and Traveled Monday and Friday back and forth to Mo for three days of work, can I allocate 60% to Mo and 40% to TN?

I only have tn on my w2.  Do I need to get modified to submit MO state tax.?

Yes, assuming you worked a 5-day week and were paid at the same rate in each state.

You would file a non-resident Missouri tax return, declaring 60% of your total income as Missouri-source income.  That income is taxable by Missouri whether or not your W-2 shows any Missouri withholding.
