If one says "Corrected" only enter that one.

It will say W-2-c.

Why did they issue you two? Is box 1 filled in on both W2's?

I am not sure why they sent me two. But box one is not filled out on both. At least not on the copy that says is supposed to be filed for my federal taxes.

I suggest you look at your pay stubs. Were they withholding tax for the state in question? If they did, that means you paid that state tax and you can file to get that tax back.
