I qualify for, but do not see, the personal exemption on my federal return.

If someone else claims you as a dependent, you will not get your own personal exemption. If nobody else is entitled to claim you, go back to the Personal Info section and make sure that you did not indicate that they can by mistake.

The personal exemption amount is $4050 for 2017 and will appear on Line 42 of the Form 1040 and Line 26 of the 1040A.
