I pay monthly sales tax to the state for my business. Do I still need to file a state return

Business is a sole-proprietorship located in Oklahoma.  I have no additional income aside from this business

Absolutely.  Sales tax is separate from income tax.  Sales tax is one of your business expenses.  But then you owe both federal and state income tax on your net income (profit after expenses).
