I opted to have my State of Ohio and State of Ohio school district return completed by turbo tax. I’m due a school district tax refund but it doesn’t show on turbo tax. Do I need to send thi

The school district(SD) refund will not show on the "refund meter" at the top of the screen. It is also  not included in the Ohio refund amount shown.  Look on form SD 100, for the amount.
Usually  the School District return  is e-filed with the state return, but there are exceptions. Read the 'filing instructions" that TurboTax prepares, They will tell you if the SD100 was e-filed or if you have to mail it.
