I only lived in the state of Texas until Febuary, how do I reflect that fact I lived in Arizona for the remainder of time? In which order do I need to list the states?

In the Personal Info section you will indicate that you lived in Arizona at 12/31/2016. You will also indicate that you lived in another state in 2016. Indicate Texas and then put in the date you moved.  You will file a partial year resident state tax for Arizona.
