I need to include my gambling winnings from Oklahoma and pay some state tax

I owe the state of Oklahoma money for state tax because I chose not to take any money out of my casino winnings when I won them. I live in Texas and I want to get my return now what do I do

IF your winnings were $1,000 or more, you will have to file an OK nonresident return to report your gambling winnings

According to the Oklahoma Tax Commission:

Nonresidents are required to file an Oklahoma income tax return when they receive gross income of at least $1,000 of Oklahoma source income
