I need to file the extra extention to file my 2016 taxes. wher do I get this form?

The extension request had to be filed on or before April 18, 2017 for US residents.  There is no other or second extension requests to complete for tax year 2016.

There is no extra extension forms for taxpayers in the hurricane disaster areas ... when you mail in the return after the 10/16/17  deadline  you will just note at the top of the form 1040  "hurricane Irma" ... that & your address will keep you from being hit with a late filing penalty.
