I need help finishing my 2016 arkansas taxes

If you used TurboTax for your 2016 federal return then you can finish your 2016 state return by getting the 2016 desktop software to do so.  Or you can print out your federal return, put it in front of yourself, and prepare the state return by hand to mail in.  It cannot be e-filed.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS and/or your state received the return.
