Yes, TurboTax can help you complete the part-year resident tax return.  

When you are entering your personal information into TurboTax be sure to select that "yes" you lived in more than one state during the year and TurboTax will allow you to identify the other state and the date you moved.  This will allow TurboTax to identify which state tax returns need to be prepared for you.
