When did you move? You will have to file a New Mexico part year or nonresident return to get the excess tax back- you only have to pay tax for the time you were a resident.

Hi, I am wondering why when I first tried to file a month or so ago it was only $77 to file through you guys, and now it is saying I would have to pay $128.
