I movd from CT to NC but continue to work for the CT company from home. Is "CT sourced income" only the income earned while I was a CT resident?

Yes, although, you need to make sure that you have very clear proof of the date that NC residency started.  It can be documented by utility bills, home sales receipts, etc.  Also make sure that if you still own property in CT that it is documented that you are no longer residing there.
