I'm trying to e-file my colorado state taxes. Each time I do, it says that my e-file cannot be transmitted at this time. It's been like that for 2 days. What do I do?

Colorado started accepting filing taxes on the 19th. Please help

Did you file your federal early?  And now you are trying to file CO?   That is why you cannot file it yet.  Your state cannot accept your e-file until the IRS accepts your federal return.   The IRS will begin to accept returns on January 23,  Try again after January 23, after you find out if the IRS has accepted your federal e-file.

My federal has already been accepted. My PA state is pending, but my CO says transmission not available.  I'll just wait until the end of the month, and try my state again I guess.

I’m dealing with the same thing. My federal has been accepted and it keeps looping me back to state. 
I fet to the screen and it just loads and loads. 
originally it had said something about new legislation?! But it’s super annoying!

I actually figured mine out. My days were overlapping from moving from CO, to PA. I didn't notice it until I really sat down and went over everything. Mine have finally switched to pending.
