I'm ready to pay my Feb taxes. Question: Do I only need to send a check with my payment 1040-V voucher? Or do I need to include a copy of my 1040 and other forms?

You only need to send the check and the 1040-V voucher.   Include the check and the voucher together loose in the saem envelope - do not staple them or otherwise attach them together.

You only need to send the check and the 1040-V voucher.   Include the check and the voucher together loose in the saem envelope - do not staple them or otherwise attach them together.

Ok great, thanks for the response, much appreciated.   (got it - only send check with voucher, unattached).
