I'm not being prompted for my 529 plan contribution, even though my state, Massachusetts, allows a deduction. A similar question was asked a year ago, still no answer.

When you entering the Massachusetts information for the first time you will encounter a page "Education Expenses".Check the third box down (see screenshot).

If you are going back into the Massachusetts return and editing, this is how you will find it:

Click until you find the page entitled"We've finished your Massachusetts return." It is under Adjustments. The page is the same as the screen shot.
