I'm from Ohio & I was taxed by an Indiana county, TurboTax doesn't ask me what I've paid into & says I owe to Indiana. I've already paid the tax, any suggestions?

In the personal info section, when it asks if you made money in another state, answer no, per the reciprocal state instructions, on that page. Then TurboTax will not generate an IN return.

If no Indiana STATE tax was withheld, you do not need to file an IN return because of the reciprocal agreement. However the reciprocity agreement does not apply to local city or county taxes.  You can not get those refunded. But if you live in an Ohio city with a tax, they may give you a credit or partial credit. Many do.  You need to check with your city. School districts, unlike cities, will NOT give you a credit.

The county tax should be in box 19 of your W-2. If you itemize deductions, this will automatically transfer to schedule A for a federal deduction.
