I'm a part-time resident of two states. Moved from Ohio to Maryland for work. TurboTax is allocating most earned income to Ohio and not to MD. How do I fix this?

You would file a Part Year Resident return in both states.

If your W-2 shows Ohio State tax taken on your income, this income will be allocated to Ohio.  Same if W-2 shows Maryland State tax.

If you believe that some of the income shown on your W-2 under Ohio belongs to Maryland, you can indicate that in your state interview.

Unfortunately, I have been through both state filings several times and it does not allow me to specify what income should be taxed by what state. At this point, I am overdeclaring income to Ohio, though Maryland's seems to be correct. It appears TurboTax has added income or there is an overlap.

Ohio gives you allocation screens for all other income EXCEPT W-2 income. You have to allocate the W-2 income at the W-2 screen. If you paper W-2s are inaccurate, you have to use a work around (or use override in the forms mode* on the Ohio allocation form,  IT NRC).
At the w-2 screen split the boxes 15-20 W-2 info into 2 lines. On the 1st line leave OH in box 15 but make box 16 the amount you want to allocate to OH; leave the OH withholding in box 17. On the 2nd line put MD  in box 15 and the Md allocation amount in box 16; leave the MD witholding box 17..
