I lived in TN for the first half of 2017, then moved to RI where I live now. It is saying my TN w-2 cannot be e-filed. How do I file my TN taxes?

You were part-year resident of TN in 2017. TN does not tax individuals' earned income, so you are not required to file an individual Tennessee tax return. The state only taxes investment income from stocks and bonds (at a flat rate of 5%). If you have investment income, then you will need to file a TN state income tax return.
