The first jackpot should be filed with both CA and OH; the second with OH only. If you can determine how much of your OH tax is due to your first jackpot, you should be able to claim a credit for that part of the tax on your CA tax return. Not so for the second jackpot, since by then you were a resident of OH and not CA. If it's too complicated for you to figure out with TurboTax alone, consider TurboTax Live or a local tax professional.
