I live in Tennessee and our company sent me to a construction site in Georgia for 5 months. They withheld Georgia tax. Can I get that money back?

You owe GA taxes for the money you earned there.

File a GA nonresident tax return.

on resident state return you can claim credit for taxes paid to GA.

Taxpayer's resident state of TN does not tax earned income.  Taxpayer only needs to file a non-resident GA return as @SweetieJean stated.
