No.

Ohio and Pennsylvania have tax reciprocity, so you do not need to file an Ohio tax return unless you have income in the state beyond your wages (such as rental income). You would also need to file an Ohio tax return if you want a refund of taxes paid to the state.

No.

Ohio and Pennsylvania have tax reciprocity, so you do not need to file an Ohio tax return unless you have income in the state beyond your wages (such as rental income). You would also need to file an Ohio tax return if you want a refund of taxes paid to the state.

I live in PA, but work in OH. Do I need to file an OH return?

The reciprocity agreement applies if you are a regular W-2 employee. It  would not apply to self employment income.
