Repairs made to a personal vehicle are not reported on a tax return. Nor are repairs on personal residence (if the RV is your residence) reported on a tax return.
Are you asking about income tax or sales tax? This TurboTax community is for questions about income tax. As DoninGA said, if the RV is for personal use you do not have to report anything about the repairs on your income tax return.
Since the repairs are being done in California, California sales tax might apply to the parts or labor. Whoever is doing the repairs should collect any applicable sales tax.
