I live in NC with rental income from PA, PA taxes were zero. NC Out-of-State Tax sheet has 0 in A Amount box and errors the 0. Changing B Amount box still errors 0. Help!

I did not receive a W2 for the rental income just a 1099-MISC from the prop mgmt company. TurboTax errors the A Amount box being "0" even if I put an amount in the B Amount box. The program states that Taxable income earned in other states must be greater than 0. But any amount in B Amount box still returns to the error in the Box A Amount and I can't get around it. thank you!

Try leaving the box blank.. don't enter $0 or delete the $0 if there is one there.
