I live in MO but work in KS. No income was earned in MO, so MO w2 reports $0 for box 1. Can I still e file using Turbo Tax? only info on MO w2 is box 13 and 15-17.

When I get to the Review tab I am directed to a screen stating that e filing is not available but must be instead sent by mail. Due to the $0 income on MO w2. Please advise.
