Do you live in FL but your W-2 came from another state? If so and your employer withheld for that state, if there was an amount in box 17 of your W2 or taxes paid to any state on any of your 1099 forms, this would transfer from your federal to your Schedule A.
If you do have income that is sourced from another state, you would need to file a non resident return for that state to reconcile your tax liability for that state.
However, if you do not have income sourced from another state, you may need to still file a non-resident return simply so you can get a refund of the money that was withheld erroneously. In this situation, you would enter $0 for your income for that state and keep the amount of the withholdings as reported on your W-2 or 1099 form.
