You file a non-resident Georgia state tax return to get a refund of the state taxes withheld from your wages.
In the My Info section of the program, when completing your personal information you were asked if you made money in any other states. You should have answered Yes and then selected Georgia as that other state. Answering this question will provide the software to present you with a Georgia tax return to prepare as a non-resident.
Your employer should not be withholding Georgia tax. Withholding Georgia tax, when you do not live or work in Georgia, is a mistake. It doesn't matter where the company is located. What matters is where you work and where you live. You should tell your employer to stop withholding Georgia tax.
