I just realized I have 2 TurboTax accounts. I am almost done finishing my 2018 return but need the 2017 return number. Should I restart on the account I filed on in 2017?

It is always best to keep all of your tax return filings in one account. I would recommend you start over in the same account you used for 2017 and start by transferring information from your 2017 tax return. You can either clear the account you started your 2018 tax return on or just abandon it.
