The SC1040TC is used to claim various tax credits for South Carolina.  You need SC Sch NR instead.

Be sure that you are filing a part-year resident SC return.  Doing so will generate the required screens that you need to apportion your income and deductions to SC based on the time that you lived in the state and make the required entries to the Sch NR.
