I have S-Corp in NY. Received income for 2016 from work done in Florida. Do I file state extension in NY, Florida or both?

I am a real estate appraiser, license for both NY and Florida. For 2016, only income is from Florida.

Florida does not have state income tax, so you shouldn't need to file an extension for the state of Florida.

However, because your S-Corp is based in New York, you should file an extension of time to file for New York, assuming you will not be ready by April 15.
