I have rental income from 1 property in GA and one in CA and am a resident of GA. How do I remove GA property from CA nonresident forms and calculations?

It is how CA calculates tax on Nonresident income.  California pretends that all of your income is taxable in California, and then prorates the tax to the percentage of income from California sources.  While only the CA rental is actually taxed in CA, all of your income is used to determine how much tax you end up paying on your CA income.
