This is a matter between you and the company. there's nothing that Turbotax, the IRS, or the state can help you with in this matter.

1) What year is the W-2C for?
2) Which box(es) actually changed, or additional box entries were added?
You might have to amend your tax returns for the year that the W-2c is for. If you answer Steam Train's questions, someone will be able to advise you. When you indicate which boxes were changed, also say whether the new amount is higher or lower than the original amount, and how much the difference is.
What do you mean by saying that the W-2c is "from Colorado"? Is that where the company is located? It doesn't matter where the company that you worked for is located. What state did you live in, and what state did you work in, in the year that the W-2c is for?
