I have a sperious income value in my State return. It does not come from my Federal Return. How can I dellet it?

Did you file for an extension request and make a payment?

If you did not file an extension request and did not make a payment, you can remove this entry by clicking through the Pennsylvania state section until you see the screen titled: Did you mail your extension? (see screenshot) 

If you say No, it will ask you if you still need one, answer No, and then it will confirm the deletion of the form. Once you click yes, the value on Line 16 of your Form PA-40 will disappear.
