I have a simple return. Income under $6K, standard deductions, no credits or other taxes. Why is Turbo Tax telling me I need California For 3804-CR? Seems irrelevant

Can you please clarify what kind of income you had, was it W2, 1099(x), Self Employed, Investment income?

TAXABLE YEAR. CALIFORNIA FORM. Pass-Through Entity Elective Tax Credit. 2021. 3804-CR. If this does not apply you will have to delete the state tax form. To delete in desktop click here, to delete in TurboTax Online open your return and click pick up where I left off and continue. the return should now open and have a left hand menu with Tax Tools>Tools>Delete a form>Delete a state form CR-3804, confirm. And review your state return again for errors.
