Yes that's correct - Oklahoma residents who are members of any component of the Armed Services may exclude 100% of their active military pay from Oklahoma income taxation, including National Guard pay, to the extent such pay is included in the Federal Adjusted Gross Income.

In filling out your Personal Info and the W-2 details for your National Guard service and pay, please ensure that you have indicated that you are a member of the U.S. armed forces, in the National Guard, including your status as of December 31, 2016 (entered military in 2016, left the military in 2016, or in the military all year).

Please see instructions to 2016 Oklahoma Resident Individual Income Tax Form 511 for more information on the tax-exempt status of active military pay:
