I have a 1099g from PA but I file a MS return the amount is 348 do I also have to pay and file a PA return?

Not sure if it was G but a 1099 f one week unemployment

If you received the Unemployment Income from Pennsylvania while you were a Resident of Mississippi, you don't have to file a Non-Resident PA return, unless PA tax was withheld and you want to get it refunded to you.
