Since you are a New Jersey Resident, you report all your income to New Jersey. You will get credit for the tax you paid to New York on your income.
You also file a Non-Resident Return to New York, because you earned income there. Prepare this return first in TurboTax, before your New Jersey Resident return.
Even though you are reporting the income in both states, you will not be double-taxed, since you already paid tax to New York.
