I had to file my State Taxes by mail! Will I be reimbursed the money I paid you to file them?

If you used the CD/Download software, you would need to contact TurboTax support for a refund.  To get to the right place, on the What Do You need help with?, choose Billing issues

If you used the Online version, there is no charge to e-file a state return, the charge is for the state return itself.
