Yes. You will need to file a PA 40 form as a non resident since PA and MD are reciprocal states. It will be the same form as a resident would fill out, but a box will be checked stating you are a non-resident.

As you walk through the program you will adjust your income so that it is showing $0 earned in PA but keep the amount paid to PA the same as what was withheld. This will allow you to get your full refund.
You will still need to file a MD return as a resident, claiming all of the income you earned in PA. You will be responsible for taxes on that income to MD.
If you are still working in PA, to avoid having taxes withheld again while a resident of MD, you will need to fill out REV 419 and give it to your employer. This will tell them to withhold for MD instead of PA.
On the printed PA-40 NR return, it says you should send in a copy of your return from your state of residency (e.g., MD). When I go to "print and file" I see that TT does not print another copy of the MD return -- will it submit the other state's return when you e-file?
