On my State taxes for Wisconsin I do not see any State tax withheld (line 40) Why not?

I finally figured out that the state withholding number goes into the first series of questions, starting the fed return, and is not double checked if you opt to have Turbo-Tax do your state return. An oversite on Turbo-Tax'e part in my opinion.
