I filed taxes for Colorado instead for Tennessee?

Active duty military here. I've been stationed at CO since December 2016. I'm still a resident for Tennessee, but I filed and payed for Colorado. I don't remember seeing an option to file as a non-resident, just to add a state while I was e-filing on here. I thought it was the norm, but outside sources have told me I should still be paying Tennessee. Though, last year I didn't pay Tennessee anything.

You want to amend your Colorado return.  Since your SLR is Tennessee, you are still considered to live in Tennessee, even though you are stationed in Colorado.  Colorado may not tax active duty income.  And, while you would have to file and pay TN tax, TN does not have a state income tax, so you do not need to file a return for Tennessee at all.

Note this FAQ on filing a state amended return:  https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/4653469.

When you enter the return, make sure that you edit the Personal Information screen.  You need to say that your State of Residence on December 31, 2017 was Tennessee.  Where it asks if you worked in another state, answer no.  Where it asks if you lived in another state, again, answer no.  You neither live in nor work in Colorado if your income is only active duty.

Entering this information will change your Colorado income to zero, which means you will get back all of the tax you have sent in to Colorado.  (If you did not send it in, you will not need to do so but will just mail-in your amended return).  The return will ask you for a reason for the amended return.  You may say:  Active Duty income from a TN resident not taxed in Colorado.

I've change my residence to non, but I'm still getting the $530 on the top left. It also took me to a page to mail the changes, but I copied the link instead of saving and when I went back to it, I couldn't return to the same page. Now it says the status is "Reviewed."

Unfortunately in this forum we cannot see your screen.  What I know is that for the TurboTax screens, you need to enter in the My Info section (where you enter your personal information) that you neither live in nor work in Colorado.  If this doesn't take care of it, then, in the Colorado screens, you will look for the Colorado apportionment or allocation screens.  Your military income should be zero, and if not, enter it in the box as zero.
