I filed my California state taxes and my Federal. My Federal was already accepted as of February 11. My state is still in pending as of today February 18. My sister and brother have already received accepted status and I filed before them. Why?

I filed my California state before my brother and sister. Their returns have been accepted already while mine sits in pending limbo. I went to the California track my refund site and it says it doesn’t have any record of my State being filed????My Federal was accepted on Feb. 11. I expected to have my state accepted within 24 hours of my Federal. What is going on?
