I file with turbo tax last year in Illinois, but I receive paper work from St.Louis Missouri and Texas. I've continuously called but no help. Can someone help out?

what kind of paperwork? a tax bill? a request to file?  income tax or perhaps some other tax? we can't see the correspondence. Texas doesn't even have a personal income tax. without revealing personal info what does the paperwork say?

The St. Louis City Earnings Tax is a local tax and if you work within city limits, your pay is subject to St. Louis City Tax. The tax is collected from all city residents and non-city residents who work within city limit. TurboTax cannot prepare a St. Louis city tax return.
