I extended in April 2019 the 2018 Fed/State. Now My account says I actually filed state and the indicated amt due is a number I don’t recognize. Hacked?

Probably not ... look past the "congrats you filed" (the extension) and look at the filing status ... does it say READY TO MAIL ? If so scroll down and click on ADD A STATE to open the return and finish the filing.
