I e-filed my federal tax and then came back to e-file my state and it says select federal but federal is already complete

Same thing is happening to me.  Initially my federal was rejected.  I fixed the error and it was accepted but now my state is saying go back to select federal but my federal is complete and accepted.  It wont let me go any further.

There is currently a problem efiling state in the Desktop program. It is scheduled to be fixed on March 19. Please sign up on this FAQ
