I don't see where to enter VA529 fund in my WV state.

I live in WV but I have VA 529. I am unable to find an area to enter the amount as an expense.

You cannot deduct a Virginia 529 Plan deduction on your West Virginia state tax return. You can only deduct contributions to the West Virginia Prepaid Tuition Trust and the West Virginia Savings Plan Trust.
