I did NOT and PLUS BENEFITS

How can I be charged for Plus Benefits when I didn't ask for it, was never asked to confirm the purchase, and didn't choose to approve the contract when checking out. I choose decline so I could file my taxes and now I'm reading I'm having to pay for something I didn't consent to?
