I did 1099 work for three weeks last year with a company based out of Virginia. The job was in Maryland. Do I need to file out of state taxes and if so, which state?

I reside in Oklahoma & have another 1099 job there. No taxes were withheld last year but I didn’t make much money so I’m hoping not to owe taxes.
