I completed my taxes online, and e-file both state and federal. My question is do I need to send in copies of my W-2s to the state of Maine?

When I e-filed my federal and state taxes with TurboTax, it didn’t say I needed to print anything off or mail in W-2s to the state of Maine. Do I need to do that?

No, you do not need to send in copies of your W-2s if both your Federal and Maine returns were accepted.
I would keep those W-2s on file for 7 years from the date of filing just in case.
